The rules for using MOSS Image Gen, buying credits, and requesting refunds

Agreement

These Terms govern your use of MOSS Image Gen (mossimagegen.com). By using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

MOSS Image Gen is an independent text-to-image service built on the open MOSS-Image model released by OpenMOSS. We are not affiliated with OpenMOSS. The service turns your text prompts into images. It does not edit existing photos.

AI output can be wrong. Text inside images may contain spelling or placement errors, and results vary between runs. Review every image before you use it.

Accounts

You sign in with a Google account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy credits. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Credits and Payments

  • Images are paid for with credits. A 1K image costs 15 credits and a 2K image costs 60 credits. Current prices are shown on the pricing page.
  • Credit packs are one-time purchases in US dollars, not subscriptions. You are never charged automatically.
  • Purchased credits and sign-up bonus credits do not expire while your account exists.
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
  • If a generation fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.

Refunds

  • You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not used any credits from that pack. Email support@mossimagegen.com from the email address on your account.
  • Once credits from a pack have been used, that pack is not refundable.
  • If you were charged twice or a technical fault on our side prevented you from using credits, contact us and we will fix it.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.

Your Content

You keep whatever rights you have in your prompts. Between you and us, you own the images you generate, to the extent the law allows. We do not claim ownership of them. You give us permission to store and process your prompts and images only to run the service for you. Similar prompts can produce similar images for other users, so we cannot promise that an image is unique.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the service to create or share:

  • Content that is illegal, or that sexualizes minors in any way
  • Sexual or intimate images of real people without their consent
  • Images intended to impersonate, defame, harass, or deceive others
  • Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or privacy
  • Malware, spam, or attempts to overload, scrape, or break into the service

We may refuse prompts, remove content, or suspend accounts that break these rules. Credits forfeited because of a violation are not refunded.

Availability and Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output will fit a particular purpose. The model may change as the upstream project releases new versions.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time in Settings → Security. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If we do, we will update this page and the date above. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated Terms.
